If you’ve been following the news at all in the last week, you would have seen that Apple has won a landmark battle against Samsung with a $1 Billion settlement for basically copying the iPhone.

Which of course Samsung is appealing. Rightly so, otherwise it could be an awkward precedent with a global domino effect.
